Pressure Washer System – much more than a high-power washer, it’s a complete wash bay
For companies that operate a small fleet of trucks or other equipment, a complete wash bay installation is the way to go.
What is a pressure washer system? Well, it’s also referred to as a wash bay, which consists of a washing area large enough
to clean heavy equipment or trucks, with the pressure washer located in an equipment room nearby – out of sight from the washing
area. The high-pressure water is sent through a series of hose trolleys and wands to the washing area.
The benefits of a pressure washer system are numerous. First, the pressure washer is kept away from the elements as well
as the dirt washed off of the vehicles. The operator controls the pressure washer from a remote control, so as not to waste
time walking back and forth to the machine. Hose reels installed in the wash area will keep the hoses off the ground, and safe
from being run over.
One important benefit is the fuel source for the pressure washer. Depending on the facility,
natural gas or LP can be piped right to the machine, alleviating the need for constant refueling, saving you time and money.
Detergents can be kept on premises in larger size totes, that draw the proper amount needed, also reducing the need for frequent refills.
A pressure washer system is a tremendous time saver because multiple users can clean at the same time. To learn more about the
